Young people's guide for a successful living

Raising children and helping them develop and grow §can be a challenging and daunting task to many of §our parents. The situation can be aggravated by the §fact that there are no schools to equip parents with §such knowledge and skills. It becomes a trial and §error activity that bites and erodes the very same §foundation that parents use to support and nurture §their young people into becoming healthy and §responsible citizens. Instead of working together §for harmonious relationships, parents and young §people end up caught in a double bind that pushes §the two role players away from each other. This book §is is a valuable instrument that attempts to bridge §the gap and help both the parents and young people §to realize that it is only through a genuine §relationship that both can work and solve some of §the challenges facing them. It also introduces us, §in a narrative form, to the psychology of young §people that prepares and enable us to respond §appropriately to the needs of this group.
