Jack is an ordinary 10 year old boy and the middle child of his family. He has always wanted to be better at things so that he can fit in at school and be part of the popular crowd. His Dad tells him that one day all his dreams will come true, Jack hopes it will be sooner rather than later. Jacks only real friend is his dog, Scruffy. One day on a walk with his Dad and Scruffy Jack finds an old wishing well. He throws in a coin and makes a wish. "I wish all my dreams could come true" he whispers down into the water. When Jack wakes up the next morning his dreams have come true but not the way he expected. Jack is sent on a series of adventures with his new found talents that always seem to have embarressing side effects. Will Jack think it's worth the effort of being popular when he doesn't know what will come along with each dream? The book is aimed at kids from aged 5 to 15 years old or any adult that remembers how hard it was to fit in at school.
