The assessment of some models which will be able to predict the outcome of preterm labour as well as other perinatal outcomes for a woman who was given atosiban for the arrest of preterm labour. The appliance of these models for (i) an individualized woman within preterm labor in everyday clinical practice, (ii) for more reliable tocolytic agents comparisons. Thirteen clinical trials consisted of 1651 women who were given exclusively this medication were reviewed. The occurrence of preterm birth and other variables including acceptability, and side effects were used as outcome measures. and some special rates were correlated to these features by meta-regressions.
