Dementsprechend ist eine grundlegende Neukommentierung der §§ 535 ff. erfolgt, bei der auch die Auswirkungen der Schuldrechtsreform berücksichtigt wurden. Diese hat zu erheblichen Änderungen im Darlehensrecht geführt. Die in diesem Band bearbeiteten §§ 607 ff. betreffen nur noch das Sachdarlehen; das Gelddarlehen (§§ 488 ff.) wird in Band 7 kommentiert werden.
