In dieser Masterthesis werdenzunächst Erfolgsfaktoren für eine gelungene Kommunikation dargestellt. Anschließenderfolgt eine Auseinandersetzung mit PR-Ansätzen, in denen die InterpersonelleKommunikation eine wesentliche Rolle spielt: die Integrierte Unternehmenskommunikationals auch die dialogorientierte Unternehmenskommunikation. Herzstückdieser Masterthesis ist der empirische Teil, in dem ein Seminardesign für einBeziehungstraining entwickelt und präsentiert wird. Das Beziehungstraining richtetsich an PR-Berater, Geschäftsführer und Pressesprecher und trainiert diese imUmgang mit ihren Stakeholdern.Abstract (English)Modern definitions name the management of relationships as a main task of PublicRelations. This master's thesis considers the topic Public Relations out of an InterpersonalCommunication s perspective. Since when it comes to building relationships,Interpersonal Communication is the most important aspect. To begin with, thismaster s thesis will show critical factors of successful communication. This will befollowed by an analysis of Public Relations approaches in which InterpersonalCommunication plays an important role: the Integrated Corporate Communicationas well as the dialogue-oriented Corporate Communication. The core of this master s thesis is the empirical part in which a design for a relationship-training is developedand presented. The relationship-training is aimed at Public Relations consultants,managers and press officers and will train them in dealing with their stakeholders.
