The kingdom of Aldair ruled by King Harlow, a dark and cruel king. Driven by fear of losing his throne he does all he can to keep the people under control. A land filled with demon creatures that prey on the people. Anyone who is able to kill a creature is soon found by the King's men. The people have one small glimmer of hope. Aleya, a mysterious young woman roaming through the Kingdom destroying any demon she comes across. Never staying anywhere long enough for anyone to get to know her. Aleya tries to stay one step ahead of the King and his soldiers. Along her way she meets Ronan a stubborn young man who is running from the King as well. They reunite with Aleya's friends in the rebel forces. Aleya discovers that her mother who she had presumed dead is still alive and a prisoner of the King. Many obstacles stand in her way. Does she have the power to free her people and her mother from Harlow's grasp? She will soon discover that more than Harlow stand in her way to rebuilding her home and healing her people's souls. Is she up for all the challenges ahead?
